Niescja Turner '90
has written a children's planetarium show
called 'Kids in Space: Exploring the Solar System.' And she says 'I was never an artsy type at LSMSA -- I was and still am a scientist.'
The show is targeted
for 6 - 10 year olds, and opens 2 pm on Sept. 25th, 1999 at the Fiske
Planetarium on the campus of the University of Colorado at Boulder. It
will likely remain at Fiske for several years. Admission is $4 for adults,
and $3 for children and senior citizens. Interested planetaria may purchase a copy at cost.

He sings with The
Morningside Presbyterian church choir there in Atlanta located at 1411
North Morningside Drive NE with services every Sunday

Dave Williams '86
and his former classmate Steve
Turner recorded a 4-track vinyl record while they were roomates at
LSMSA. Since then, Dave has picked up his music skills and in the
past three years has recorded two more 4-track, "humble" albums
called _Lonesome Dave/ Damn the Luck_ (1995), and a second collection
tentatively called _Lonesome Dave/ Goodbye, Sugarpie_ (1998). Dave is
currently teaching English in Korea for a year, but would love to
send copies to any of his friends who are interested in hearing his
