There will be three at large members chosen by the President, and will
include at least one alumni parent.
This new parents' association is already much more active than the previous
one.  The new rules for eligibility will proscribe that the 10 regional
representatives be the parents of currently enrolled students - five will
be junior parents, and five will be senior parents.
