On Saturday, November 7, a group of about 20 Louisiana School alumni came back to the Louisiana School for homecoming weekend. The alumni ranged from the class of 2009 back to the class of 1991. Starting at 10:30 a.m., some of the alumni played basketball against LSMSA's girls and boys teams. After a couple of games, they formed new teams, consisting of both LSMSA students and alumni. This was the 6th Annual Louisiana School Alumni Basketball Tournament sponsored by our athletics and recreation office.
Later around 12:30 p.m., several alumni played against LSMSA's girls and coed volleyball teams in a volleyball tournament. Like the morning's basketball tournament, after a couple of games, alumni and students came together to form new mixed teams. This volleyball tournament was the first-ever Louisiana School Alumni Volleyball Tournament.
The athletics and recreation office thanks all of our alumni who came out for this annual tradition. We will see you again next year!
