How to Pay Dues

Dues remain (last changed 1998-1999):

• Regular dues $12 ($9 if you only want electronic communications)
• Lifetime dues $25

You must pay these annual dues to be an "active" member of the LSMSAAA. Inactive members will no longer receive printed copies of Praecellemus!, nor may they vote in elections.

LSMSAAA members who pay Lifetime Dues for 10 years, whether consecutively or not, become lifetime members of the alumni association and need not pay again (lifetime status is protected in the new constitution). If you paid "supporting" dues under the old by-laws, those credits still count under the new system.

A final note: You may time dues payments in whatever way is convenient, including paying for several years at once (e.g., some people just pay the full $250 and buy lifetime membership immediately). The only limit is that paying late (i.e., after June 30 of any given year) might cause you to miss an election or newsletter.
